One codebase and one installation serving many sites; each site sees only what its plan includes.

  • A modular monolith on Laravel 13 and React/Inertia: 25 sellable modules (store, booking, online courses, books, restaurant, real estate, ticketing, support chat, SEO, PWA, AI and more) on a shared chassis (auth, payments, wallet, notifications, media, site scoping).
  • A multi-node control plane: accounts, plans, invoices, entitlements and site routing; a new machine joins without a second installation.
  • An AI layer: an AiClient contract chained Gated → Metered → OpenAI-compatible, a site’s own key or the platform’s with credit deduction, and a panel assistant that changes the site only with the user’s approval and within their permissions.
  • Migration from WordPress/WooCommerce, product import, Torob integration, Iranian payment gateways, Typesense search and real-time updates over Reverb.
  • Infrastructure: Docker Swarm, Caddy and OpenResty, a private registry, staging → production releases, automated backups.
  • Scale: about 4,400 PHP files, 1,100 TSX components, 65 capability specs, 65 ADRs and more than 110 archived OpenSpec changes.
